Period 11 begins!

Period 11 has begun!

Remember that clan members that didn't qualify for the last brawl will have been removed from your clan, and that all of your members must play a clan game within the next two weeks or they, too, will be deleted.

Also, once again some clans are marked with "(to delete)". You can remove that mark against your clan by going to the admin interface and changing your clan's name. If you don't, your clan will be deleted.

I also sent a system message to all clan leaders, but of course since lots of people haven't verified their nickname by playing a clan game this period, they didn't get it. I'm tempted to overhaul the database a bit so that there's a bit more linkage between clan periods.

And so the apocalypse strikes. I killed the following clans because all of their members had expired and they all had -12 points (so hadn't been on the forum in 3 weeks):

Aniara Pirates
Fujiwara no Sai Go Club
Moscow State University Go Clan
Seekers of Shangri-la

AGHS and KOG are only just shy of deletion, and GMC is being given the benefit of the doubt because they've won 3 brawls.

If your clan now has less than 5 members, please add some more.

Oh, oops. I just noticed my "period has started" KGS message had not send to some people. I suspect because other people had full mailboxes or something.

So some people will have just got a random KGS message about the new clan period starting.
